At a tony event in the city, angry A.I. protesters had to be cut off the mic amid a presentation on data showing rising concern about A.I. Elsewhere, a new study casts doubt on A.I.'s benefits.
I highly recommend Adam Becker's "More Everything Forever: AI Overlords, Space Empires, and Silicon Valley's Crusade to Control the Fate of Humanity". He makes a pretty compelling argument that neither narrative (AI will kill us all or AI will save us all) has much data to support it, while emphasizing the real harm that comes from the followers of both ideologies.
I guess it’s fun to think AI is coming to end the world when it’s really just monopoly capitalism. Whatever motivates people to fight against these companies is not as important as the act of resistance itself.

Thank you, Eli.

Just saw on Insta that you can have AI bots to chat with that can radicalize you. Like Avi the Zionist and others
