"Fallon, a sycophantic AI chatbot in the flesh"... nicely put...

That Chandler story is crazy. That is a town of conflicting personalities, I guess maybe not so surprising they vetoed it in the end.

I know it sounds crazy, but I think humanity might be waking up to this ruse.

Thanks for writing this, it clarifys a lot, making me wonder if that desperate timing actualy signals deeper financial woes for OpenAI.

Time for us all to collectively forget about these people and move onto real life. Including with how our time, energy, and pocketbooks are invested!

My point is that I’m a woman, and women talk to each other about so many things that men would never talk about with anyone. I went to a women’s college, and I have female friends from other countries on other continents. This has been true to a greater or lesser extent due to personality differences, yet still vastly more than even my close male friends.

Women talk to each other about this kind of thing all the time. I worked primarily in software in Silicon Valley, so I didn’t have many female coworkers, but even the few I had were open about many aspects of their lives.
